This bench is the reason I went looking for raw lumber in the woods of Colorado.  After a four-wheeling excursion with some friends, I went back into the forest days later with a chainsaw and a pickup truck.  This bench has been a labor of love from day one and has truly pleased and enchanted everyone who has seen it. 

The bench is 64" long and offers ample sitting room. It is 2" thick and varies between 18 and 19" wide. It stands 18" tall and is a beautiful combination of iron and timber.

The 1/2" thick steel plate used to make the legs offers extreme durability and weight.  Their rustic, raw look adds to the natural and indigenous character of this beautiful piece on furniture.
